Italian Fly arrives in Grapes to Suffolk (Id please)

Called to a well known superstore in Beccles,Suffolk VC25, this morning after staff found a live fly or wasp in a crate of White Grapes from Italy (Seen here in image)

Can you tell me the species please?

Makes a nice change from Poisionous Spiders Cicadas and Cockroaches I normally get sent for.

It's actually a Hymenopteron, not a Dipteran. Any ideas Hymenopterists?
