Sylvicola (Anisopus) punctatus?

I found the remains of two of these small craneflies (?) in a spider's web.  Warwickshire rural garden.  Wings are just over 5 mm long. I think they are probably Sylvicola (Anisopus) punctatus. Confirmation or correction welcomed.
