Tephritid

Tephritid at Whipsnade Zoo on White Bryony today 25 June 2019.  Golden wing bars.  Black spot at apex of scutellum plus many other dark spots on thorax.  Very heavily marked on both body and wing.  Katepisternum black.  Cell cup has an extremely small triangular extension.  Jowls without long black bristles.

Doesn't really key very well but nearest I can find would be Chaetorellia sp., but which one?
