Phaonia mediterranea?

I caught this female muscid in my Norfolk garden last October. It seems to key to Phaonia mediterranea using Stuart Ball's key. All features seem to fit except the palp colour. On this specimen I would call it black, but the key suggests it should be broadly reddish-yellow at base. It has got 5 setulae on the ventral surface of Vein 3 close to the node which can just be made out on the photo of the wing. Grateful for any comments.

Re: Phaonia mediterranea?

Can you give me a view of the thorax and tibia 2 side view?

pd seta in apical 1/3rd of tibia 3 present suggests Phaonia is correct

If you could do this in the next 30 min I will check my keys over the weekend?
