Eustalomyia

Hi all

I am thinking this is Eustalomyia festiva female. Question is, am I right in thinking that? There are only five ad bristles on t3 that I can see but there may be gaps. There certainly aren't 12. All asistance gratefully received as always

Cheers
Ali
