Tachinid (?) ID

I would be grateful for a pointer in the right direction for the attached.

Taken at Waxham, East Norfolk on 18th June - unfortunately I don't have the specimen

Reminds me of Carcelia bombylans. But for me, it is impossible to be definitive about that. Did you get a lateral view of the head? If it is Carcelia the eyes are huge and nearly reach the bottom of the head.
