Recent sap run literature please

I would be grateful for references to any papers published on the use of sap runs (sap-flows or slime fluxes) by European Diptera post 2001, to help with a paper I am writing.  PDFs would be especially helpful!

Also, can anyone please help me access Studia Dipterologica 6 (1999)?  I should like to read Graham Rotheray's paper there  - Description and a key to the larval and puparial stages of north-west European Volucella.  pp 103-116.

Kind regards

Rob
