Heleomyza serrata

I am currently analysing records of Diptera from caves. One of the commonest species is Heleomyza serrata. The current checklist suggests that the species in question is actually captiosa. Is this now confirmed, or is it still conjecture?

Thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Graham Proudlove
