Sciomyzid, Elgiva cucularia?
Can anybody confirm that this is what I think it is - Elgiva cucularia? My son found this walking on my mirror in the living room. I suppose it may have emerged from one of the snails I occasionally bring home for identification. Perhaps I will come across the shell with puparium and have the host sometime.
