Dolichopodidae Chrysotimus molliculus?

Hi,

Two pics from 13th July.  It was around 3mm long, I live a few miles south of Lincoln.

I've just seen a pair go on diptera.info, this looks like the female.  Could anyone confirm this please, or otherwise?
