small fly from London Zoo

This small fly specimen was caught at London Zoo on a Beds Invertebrate Group Excursion on 23 April 2019. ZSL have asked us to investigate the native and synanthropic fauna of the zoo. I wonder if it is possible for anyone to suggest an identificaction of this species from these rather poor images.I do have the specimen.

Many thanks

Alan
