Can anyone suggest a genus for muscid pupae collected from moss at a Scottish waterfall (yesterday)? Distinctive (?) with four prongs, generally orange/brown in colour.
Cheers

Probably a Limnophora pupa...

Thanks Stephane
I collected a few with a view to rearing them through, currently tubed with some moss for moisture unless anyone can suggest a better method.
