Save Fonseca’s seed fly - sign petition please

Fonseca's seed fly, an anthomoyiid, Botanophila fonsecai, is a rare endemic, known only from a short stretch of coast in northern Scotland.  It is recognised as a species of principle importance for the conservation of biodiversity (former UK BAP species).  A probable site for the fly is threatened by a proposed golf course which would destroy its habitat.  Buglife is heading a campagin to save the site.  Please see https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/ … s-seed-fly and sign the petition to Highland Council.
