A Sciomyzid species from Bedfordshire

On another very brief local excusrion today, this time to Stanford Wood, I netted this fly which I believe to be a Sciomyzid species. I would be very grateful for confirmation of this and also whether anyone can perhaps identify the species.

Many thanks

Alan
