Muscidae wing query

Can anyone verify that the image is consistent with a Muscidea, please?
I am just checking, and hope that this is right (using the Intro part of the Diptera family key)

Okay, don't tell me what p.t. means.
I'll try to take my ID a bit further, and attempt to follow the key I've got.  But I can't see that it will be easy.
